On-Demand Trads Training Platform

In accordance with all requirements stated herein, it is the intent of the University of South Carolina Facilities Services to establish a service provider for a customizable, interactive, and robust Learning Management System (LMS) and workforce development platform designed to support Facilities Management occupations. The system shall support the full lifecycle of employee development from onboarding through advanced technical certification and continuing education. The platform shall provide training capabilities for, but not limited to, skilled trades (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, and mechanical systems), custodial services, landscaping and grounds, safety, leadership development, and project management.
