Bus Stop Shelter Fabrication And Installation

SCOPE: It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for the fabrication of Dual Directional Bus Shelters, removal of existing bus shelter units, construction of new concrete bus shelter pads, and installation of Dual Directional Bus Shelters and General Market Shelters on existing and newly constructed bus shelter pads throughout the Las Vegas Valley.   FEDERAL FUNDS: This project is federally funded. The RTC contract goal is stated in the Instructions Solicitation Document. Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the Bid response and document submission.   Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing - 332323 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction - 236220 Electrical and Other Wiring Installation Contractors - 238210 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction - 237310     TITLE VI SOLICITATION NOTICE: The RTC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
