Moving Services

The City seeks bids from qualified companies for moving and related on site installation services for office furniture, materials, and/or equipment on an as-needed basis. The selected Contractor will assist the City with internal office moves and location-to-location moves as requested by the City. The Contractor will provide furniture installation, repositioning furniture, or decommissioning furniture, among other tasks. Location-to-location moves will involve moving furniture for employees or entire departments of the City to existing or new offices located within Mountain View. Moving services and related on-site installation services may vary in scope. Contractors with experience in servicing public agencies are encouraged to submit a bid.
