The City of Albuquerque is seeking bids for the Ken Sanchez Transit Maintenance Facility Re-Roof Project. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com via their VirtuBid™ online service by 1:30 p.m. local time on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. A public opening and reading of the bids will take place immediately after the submission deadline via video conference at https://cabq.zoom.us/j/85997641094. It is the responsibility of the bidder to upload their bids. After the public bid reading, the City will review the bids, and if a contract is awarded, it will be done within thirty consecutive calendar days following the bid opening.
