Online Legal Services ITQ

The purpose of the Online Legal Services ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to provide online legal research services and related subscription services to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania executive agencies. These services will provide comprehensive legal research tools and resources to support agency operations and legal functions. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units, as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained in this document.Please click here to view a list of ITQ Contracts and related documents.First, suppliers must register as a Procurement Vendor with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and receive a six-digit vendor number.
