Maintenance, Servicing and Repair of HVAC Systems

Sealed bids will be received by the Executive Director, or assigned delegate, of The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority at their principal offices located at 19 Saddle Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, on September 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM prevailing time. At this time, the bids will be publicly opened and read. The Information and Instructions for Bidders, Proposal, Contract, and Specifications can be obtained at the SMCMUA offices, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For any questions or to obtain a copy of the Specifications and Bid Proposal package, please contact Alexis Bozza at 973-326-6867 or via email at abozza@smcmua.org. Bidders are required to use the prepared proposal and related forms included in the Project Manual. The bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Director of the SMCMUA, clearly marked with the name of the item or project being bid. Bids may be submitted in person, via Federal Express, certified mail, courier service, or similar means. No bids may be withdrawn within 60 days after receipt unless permitted by law. Vendors must submit any questions regarding the bid documents by August 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Late requests may not be considered. Bids will not be accepted after the specified time unless SMCMUA allows minor extensions due to uncontrollable conditions. SMCMUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive minor irregularities and to award the contract to the lowest qualified bidder. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
