The Town of Warren, Maine (the “Town”) invites proposals from qualified multidisciplinary architectural and engineering firms, or teams of firms, to complete a comprehensive facility conditions assessment, needs analysis, and campus master plan for the Town’s municipal complex at 167 Western Road, and — upon Town authorization following completion of that assessment — to provide full architectural and engineering design services sufficient to take the recommended long-term facility solution to public construction bid. RFP responses are due by Thursday, September 17, 2026, 2:00 p.m. (EDT) Submission Instructions Proposals shall be submitted electronically as PDF files by email to planner@warrenmaine.org with the subject line “[Firm/Individual Name] Proposal — RFP - Warren Municipal Complex Assessment and Design.” The technical proposal and the fee proposal shall be separate PDF attachments.
