DHHS seeks qualified providers interested in providing time-limited peer support services to Persons and their families to help them remain in their home and community-based settings while waiting for Home and Community Based Services. DHHS26133 is an Invitation for Applications (IFA) that will result in qualified vendors receiving contracts.
