Public Hearing on Solicitation Ordinance

The proposed ordinance aims to establish licensing requirements for individuals engaging in solicitation, outline the procedures for issuing and managing these licenses, set forth any applicable exemptions, define enforcement provisions, and specify penalties for violations. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be inspected at the Conyngham Borough Municipal Building during normal business hours. The public hearing will be followed by a regular meeting of the Conyngham Borough Council, during which the Council intends to adopt the ordinance.
