Integrated Terminal Technology Package

This notice is to inform that sealed proposals are being accepted for the provision of a Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS), Common Use Self-Service (CUSS) kiosks, a Multi-User Flight Information Display System (MUFIDS), which includes Gate Information Display System (GIDS) and Baggage Information Display System (BIDS) functionality, as well as a Digital Backwall Video Signage system at the passenger terminal building located at 4550 Terminal Road, Rapid City, SD 57703. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM MT on Friday, September 4, 2026. A voluntary site visit and technical briefing is scheduled for August 10, 2026, at 1:30 PM MT in the Airport Board Room, Terminal Building. Proposers can bid on any one Award Package, any combination of Award Packages, or the entire technology package. The Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive minor irregularities, negotiate with proposers, and award contracts based on what is deemed in the best interest of the Airport.
