Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed Proposals for the aforementioned project. The procurement process and the performance of the Contract shall be governed by the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).   NOTE: Due to the circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, a virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on February 8, 2021 @ 10am - Microsoft Teams meeting.   There will be no pre-proposal conference for this solicictation.   Offeror's shall submit Proposals on this online procurement system, IonWave, by the date and time specified above. Late Proposals will not be accepted.
