Tropical Texas Behavioral Health (TTBH) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for the Construction of Harlingen Outpatient (HOP) Plaza II. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Central Time). Proposers may attend either virtually through Microsoft Teams or in person at the Harlingen Outpatient Boardroom, 103 N. Loop 499, Harlingen, Texas 78550. Microsoft Teams meeting information will be provided through the Ion Wave Electronic Bidding System. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting, either virtually or in person, is required for eligibility to submit a proposal. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on September 2, 2026. Proposals may be submitted electronically through Ion Wave under CSP No. 2026-04 – Construction of Harlingen Outpatient (HOP) Plaza II or delivered in person to: Harlingen Outpatient Front Desk 103 N. Loop 499 Harlingen, Texas 78550 Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The proposal opening will be held immediately after the submission deadline on September 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) and will be available both in person at the Harlingen Outpatient Boardroom, 103 N. Loop 499, Harlingen, Texas 78550, and virtually through Microsoft Teams. Meeting information will be provided through the Ion Wave Electronic Bidding System.
