Mobile Event Stage Trailer

This Event is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals from bidders to provide a mobile event stage trailer at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 2526-166MC and Exhibits. This mobile event stage trailer is intended to be used for outdoor events. This includes existing signature events like Silent Disco, Wolfieland, SSK Arts Street Fair, Earthstock, and other events in the future. For these events, the mobile event stage trailer can be used for performances, speeches, DJs, and/or sound and lighting elements to enhance the student experience. SUNY should be able to tow the mobile event stage trailer to various locations around Stony Brook University campus, as these events are in various different locations.  The Non-Mandatory Zoom Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for August 4, 2026 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
