IFB-26-54 Town Branch Basin Sewer Improvements Alignment 1

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, licensed, insured, andexperienced Contractor for the installation of approximately 5,600 linear feet of gravity sewer, consisting primarilyof 18‑inch diameter PVC sewer main and approximately 500 linear feet of steel encasement installed via multipleauger bores at select crossings. The project includes upsizing portions of the existing gravity sewer system,installation of new sewer mains, abandonment and removal of existing pipelines, construction of manholes andassociated appurtenances, and performance of bypass pumping, dewatering, roadway repairs, and electric utilityadjustments and replacements associated with the sewer installation, together with all other related worknecessary to provide a complete and operational system for the City of Bentonville Water Utilities Department.
