Awards, Custom And Promotional Items

Humble ISD is accepting proposals for RFP 2026-106F Awards, Custom and Promotional Items on a recurring basis.   It is the intent of the district for this RFP to combine and replace the Custom Apparel and Accessories bid and the Awards and Promotional Items bid. If you were previously awarded on either of the 2025-104 or 2025-105 bids, we recommend completing this bid (2026-106 Awards, Custom and Promotional Items), as those on June 30, 2027, and this one will extend until June 30, 2028.   Contracts for the 2025-104 and 2025-105 will be upheld BUT if your company was only awarded on one bid and not the other you will ONLY be allowed to provide those services. If you complete and get awarded on the new one (2026-106 Awards, Custom and Promotional Items) you will be able to provide all related services and that contract will be valid until June 30, 2028.   This is a rolling proposal. Vendors will be reviewed and awarded throughout the term of the RFP. March 31, 2028 will be the last date to respond to be considered for award under this RFP. Vendors should submit responses to the proposal immediately to be considered for the approved vendor list.   This proposal will be effective from award date through June 30, 2028. Bid documents may be obtained through the District online bidding system at https://humbleisd.ionwave.net.   There is no need to resubmit if you have been previously awarded under RFP 2026-106 Awards, Custom and Promotional Items.   Thank you for your participation in this solicitation.
