External Grant Evaluator Services Pre-Qualification Pool

Valencia College (College) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/individuals for pre-qualification for External Grant Evaluation Services. The College intends to add firms/individuals to a pool of pre-qualified External Grant Evaluators to provide both formative and summative evaluation of federal grants. Proposers will be required to qualify based upon funding agencies. After the Proposers have been pre-qualified for the Lot(s) through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, the College will issue a letter indicating their acceptance into the pool of qualified External Grant Evaluators within the designated Lot(s). As the College receives grant opportunities, the Division of Institutional Advancement will issue a Quote Request (QR), within the established, approved Lot and if necessary, seek other Pre-Qualified Proposers from other Lots.
