Fine Arts Contracted Services

Wylie Independent School District is accepting proposals from Fine Arts Contracted Service Providers. The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a pool of qualified independent contractors to provide services for the District's Fine Arts programs on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to the following: Guest Conductors / Clinicians Choreographers Vocal / Instrumental Coaches Composers / Arrangers Instrument Accompanist Guest Instructors  Playwrights   Set Designer  Stage Managers Marching / Percussion / Color Guard Technicians   This is an extended opening RFP; if you completed RFP 2026-J06-100 and 2025-J06-100, you do not need to complete this one.  Proposals will be opened, evaluated, and qualified by the District on a monthly basis.    Wylie ISD employees are not eligible for this award.  The District expects to award this solicitation to multiple contractors; evaluation will be based on the qualities outlined in the Award Evaluation Criteria, service to be provided, and the needs of the District.   The term of the contract is from August 17, 2026, through August 31, 2028, with (2) two optional one-year renewals.
