As-Needed Catering Services for District Events (Extended Opening RFP)

Wylie Independent School District is currently accepting proposals from qualified catering vendors.    The purpose of this RFP is to establish non-exclusive, as-needed catering vendors.  This is an extended opening RFP. If you completed RFPs 2026-J06-103 and 2025-J06-101, you do not need to complete this solicitation. The District will open, evaluate, and qualify proposals every month. Wylie ISD employees are not eligible for this award. The District expects to award this solicitation to multiple vendors. Evaluation will be based on the qualities outlined in the Award Evaluation Criteria, the service to be provided, and the District's needs.   The term of the contract is from August 17, 2026 through August 31, 2026, with the option to auto-renew through August 31, 2031.
