Manistee County is seeking proposals from professional transportation firms to assist with the Project Development phase for an anticipated FRA grant funded Manistee County Safer Southern Rail Route Project (SSRR) as identified in this solicitation document.Proposal Submission: Please provide an electronic version of said proposal to Lisa Sagala, County Controller/Administrator at no later than October 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (231)398-3500. Manistee County is not responsible for delivery of proposals.
