Visual Stream Assessment

Blount County, TN is seeking competitive proposals for Visual Stream Assessment as detailed herein.   RFP documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link. If submitting an electronic response, proposers must allow ample time to submit their response. Information can be loaded into the system as soon as the bid is released for viewing.  No information may be submitted or modified beyond the Response Deadline Date / Time.  The system will lock vendors out of the system at the response date and time deadline.    When registered, vendors may submit questions via the Questions tab for this RFP in the online bidding system. Please make note of the question deadline. Prior to proposal submission, it is the proposer's responsibility to access the online bidding system and ascertain they have received any addenda, viewed answers to published questions and recorded any deadline updates to ensure they are ready to provide their response.     The response opening will be held at the response submittal deadline at the Blount County Courthouse, Blount County Purchasing,  Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906 and can also be accessed via Teams Meeting at:   https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/225355985904319?p=KClKaRCJq6mmhFHNBC,    Meeting ID: 225 355 985 904 319, Passcode: UN9Q6qa7.     Respondents shall verify the date and time of the RFP's closing in the online bidding system to ensure no updates have been made.
