As-Needed Hazardous Waste Management And Emergency Response Services

Services under the Agreement will include sampling, characterizing, packaging, profiling, and/or transporting of hazardous waste by Service Provider and/or sub-contractors to an approved facility permitted to treat, recycle, incinerate and/or landfill the waste. Services under the Agreement will also include small scale site remediation, emergency response capabilities, program management and regulatory compliance support, and other tasks involving hazardous material and/or waste. These services will be available to the District upon request seven days per week. The Service Provider should consider the following Scope of Services before submitting a proposal: This scope of services includes hazardous waste management and emergency response services. Hazardous waste on District tidelands and submerged lands may be generated from remediation projects, abandoned waste, storm drain cleanouts, and a variety of District operations. Service Provider shall be responsible for characterizing, profiling, manifesting, labeling, loading, transporting, disposing and other miscellaneous tasks associated with hazardous wastes in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.DOWNLOAD RFQ FOR COMPLETE SCOPE OF SERVICES AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
