The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) is inviting sealed solicitations on behalf of its 31 State Member Agencies, which includes CarolinaBUY and its member entities. The deadline for submission is 1:30 p.m. ET on August 13, 2026. The solicitations include various items such as maintenance, repair, and operations supplies, custodial supplies, office and instructional supplies, technology buyback, athletic supplies, AI platforms, and promotional items.Vendors are encouraged to participate and must register at no cost with Euna Procurement. Detailed instructions for registration can be found on AEPA's website. The AEPA documents will be available starting June 30, 2026. It is important to note that vendors should be capable of providing their proposed products and services across up to 31 states.Responses to the solicitations must be submitted online via Euna Procurement by the specified due date and time. The official opening of the solicitations will occur at 2:00 p.m. ET on August 13, 2026, at EducationPlus, located at 1460 Craig Road, St. Louis, MO 63146.
