Broker Services for the Business Insurance Program

The New Jersey Schools Development Authority is looking for proposals for an insurance broker to design, market, negotiate, implement, and service an insurance program for its business activities. The goal is to provide the NJSDA with the broadest coverage at the most cost-effective price. The selected broker will manage the placement and servicing of the Business Insurance Program starting on December 14, 2026, including annual renewals during the Agreement's term. Additionally, the broker may be consulted for assessing additional risks and procuring more insurance as needed by the NJSDA.Bidders must adhere to the requirements outlined in N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.<br.Bids must be submitted according to the guidelines provided in the solicitation, ensuring compliance with all stated requirements.
