East Ridge Parks & Rec Sports Photography

The City of East Ridge is inviting sealed bids for sports photography services for the Parks & Recreation Department for the upcoming 2026-2027 sports season. Interested bidders can obtain bid specification packages online at www.eastridgetn.gov/bids, or by reaching out to the City Clerk's Office at 423-867-7711 or via email at jdeitrick@eastridgetn.gov.Bids must be submitted by 2:30 pm EDT on August 19, 2026, at City Hall, located at 1517 Tombras Ave, East Ridge, TN 37412. At that time, all bids will be opened and publicly read. It is important that bids are clearly marked “Youth Sports Photography Bid 2026-2027” on the outside of the sealed envelope. The City of East Ridge retains the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and award the bid in the best interest of the City.
