Request for Proposals

The United States Probation Office for the District of New Mexico is looking for vendors to provide various treatment services including substance use treatment, co-occurring disorders treatment, and mental health treatment services to Federal defendants and offenders. These services will be provided under separate agreements in the areas of Anthony, NM, Luna County, NM, Grant County, NM, and Sunland Park, NM. The Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) will start no earlier than October 1, 2026. Vendors must have relevant experience in evaluation and treatment in these areas and must hold all necessary licenses required by the State of New Mexico.For any inquiries, the Solicitation Information Letter and the Request for Proposals can be accessed through the Probation Office link at www.nmpp.uscourts.gov.
