Bids shall be delivered or emailedto the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401,bids@annapolis.gov. Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the construction of a ten foot, (10 foot), wideshared use path within an abandoned railway track between the locations of Gibraltar Avenue andAdmiral Drive and the widening of the existing trail along the location from Popular Avenue and TaylorAvenue for a combined distance of approximately 1.3 miles.Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual pre-Bid meeting on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 2:00p.m., local time, via Google Meet.The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities as deemedappropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Bid deemed to be in the best interestof the City.Charles M. “Mike” GarasciaProcurement Officer
