NO OTHER PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, on behalf of the Wyoming Military Department, will receive proposals only from the design-build teams that were short-listed from RFQ #26-0629 for the ERCIP Cheyenne Readiness Center Complex Micrograd project located in Cheyenne, Wyoming through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than September 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on June 23, 2026. The Military Department will provide notification of the time and place of the pre-proposal conference. It is the Proposer’s responsibility to review Public Purchase Website for clarifications and addenda. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Note: All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
