Cultural Park Amphitheater

The City of Sedona (the “City”) is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to provide information on and gauge interest in the restoration and operation by qualified private entities of an abandoned 5,530-seat amphitheater event venue (the “Venue”) located on City-owned property known as the Western Gateway (the “Property”) in West Sedona. While this RFI is an inquiry only, responses will be evaluated to determine both interest and feasibility of achieving the City’s objectives and will be the basis of a decision to move ahead or not, with a formal solicitation.
