Insulation Installation/Shell Contractors

Mountain Projects, Inc. is seeking written bid proposals from contractors specializing in insulation installation for site-built attics, floors, and mobile home roofs and belly boards. The scope of work includes weatherization measures such as air sealing attics and floors, health and safety measures, duct sealing, and lighting retrofits. These activities are part of the NC Low Income Weatherization Assistance Program for Haywood and Jackson Counties, funded by the NC Weatherization Assistance Program Department of Environmental Quality. All work must be completed by June 30, 2027. Mountain Projects, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals. Interested contractors should contact Vivian A.
