New Pioneer Square Clinic (relocation to Duncan Building) Seeking a firm with healthcare and preservation experience to make seismic and building upgrades, and tenant improvements for Pioneer Square Clinic. Services Needed – The County will solicit design and construction services, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and structural steel. Anticipated Release – Q3 2026 Estimated Contract Value - $20 million, up to three years 2. Work Order Multidisciplinary Architectural and Engineering Services for HCID Seeking collaborative multi-disciplinary design teams for architectural and engineering services for healthcare projects, including surgical services, and off-campus clinics and areas. Services Needed - Strategic planning, technical studies, design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration Anticipated Release – Q3 2026 Estimated Contract Value – $5 million, up to three years 3. General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) for the Ninth and Jefferson Building 3T MRI Scanner Seeking a GC/CM to remodel a space for the installation of a 3T MRI scanner space. The scanner provides detailed images that support neurotherapeutics for Alzheimer’s patients. Services Needed - Project requires specialized shielding, structural reinforcement, and specific utilities to handle a high-field, superconducting magnet.
