Insulation Installation Proposals

Mountain Projects, Inc. is seeking written proposals from contractors specializing in insulation installation for various projects including site-built attics, floors, and mobile home roofs. The scope of work includes weatherization measures such as air sealing attics and floors, health and safety measures, duct sealing, and lighting retrofits. These efforts are part of the NC Low Income Weatherization Assistance Program for Haywood and Jackson Counties, funded by the NC Weatherization Assistance Program Department of Environmental Quality. All work must be completed by June 30, 2027. Mountain Projects, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Interested contractors should contact Vivian A.
