Design-Build Project: Construction of a drainage tunnel, tunnel components, and a pump station for I-94 Modernization Segment 3 in the city of Detroit, Wayne County. Only shortlisted contractors are eligible to bid on this project. ** Project specific qualifications for prime contractors are noted in the Instructions to Proposers document **In addition to the project specific qualifications for prime contractors as noted in the Instructions to Proposers document. This project includes subclassifications of Ea, Fa, and Fd. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those contractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the selected Best Value Proposer.
