Soap Products and Accessories ITQ

The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting Contractors to submit qualifications for to provie soap making materials and accessories. These materials are used by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Pennsylvania Correctional Industries (PCI) to facilitate their soap manufacturing process.
