Request for Letters of Interest - Data Center and Large Power User Siting on Borough Owned Lands

This Request for Interest (RFI) is being issued to solicit non-binding expressions of interest from qualified entities regarding the potential development, ground lease, or other lawful use of select MSB-owned lands for data centers or other large power users, including but not limited to:-binding expressions of interest from qualified entities regarding the potential development-owned lands for data centers or other large power users, including but not limited to:  Data centers (enterprise, colocation, hyperscale)  High-performance computing (HPC)  Industrial or advanced manufacturing load centers  District energy or thermal energy users  Other energy intensive facilities compatible with Borough land uses-intensive facilities compatible with Borough land uses
