Emergency and On-Call Services for Storm Sewer and Roadway Repairs

The Township of Plumsted is inviting bids for emergency and on-call services related to storm sewer and roadway repairs. Bids will be opened on December 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM through an electronic platform. Bidders must ensure that their bid package is delivered by the specified date and time, as late submissions will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted electronically; no physical bids will be accepted. Bidders are required to submit a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond amounting to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not exceeding $20,000, made payable to the Township of Plumsted. If bids are submitted electronically, a copy of the bid guarantee must accompany the electronic submission, and the original must be mailed to the Municipal Clerk's office before the bid opening.
