EU199 Emission Control Upgrades Project GC/CM

The City of Bellingham is undertaking the Incinerator Emission Control Upgrades Project at the Post Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, aimed at modernizing air pollution control equipment to meet federal emission standards. As part of our preparation, we are seeking construction market input prior to initiating a formal General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) procurement for this critical project.The City has retained Brown and Caldwell (BC) to provide Owners Advisor services for the GC/CM procurement process.  We would like to invite interested firms to participate in a market sounding activity with BC. This is an opportunity to share your perspective on project goals, procurement approach, and other key considerations. Participation will involve a virtual discussion, with summary feedback anonymized by BC and shared with the City.  Participation is not required and will not impact eligibility for the upcoming procurement.
