Notice is hereby given that the Central Marin Sanitation Agency (CMSA or Agency) is accepting applications for Calendar Year 2026 List of Qualified Contractors (List). Qualified contractors licensed in the State of California who wish to be included on the Agency’s 2026 List shall submit the Contractor’s Pre-Qualification Application. Submitting the application does not constitute a contract. The List will be used to notify contractors of public projects with an estimated value between $75,000 and $220,000 in accordance with the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (Section 22000, et seq. of the Public Contract Code) and CMSA Ordinance No. 2013-03.Contractors can also obtain a copy of the Contractor’s Pre-Qualification Application from the CMSA website (http://www.cmsa.us/projects/working-for-cmsa) or by contacting CMSA staff, Jacky Wong, at 415-459-1455 extension 130, or via email at jwong@cmsa.us.
