Legal Services - Condemnation & Eminent Domain (Continuous, 2025-2030)

The City of Temple, Texas (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified attorneys or law firms (“Firm”) to provide legal services related to condemnation and eminent domain (“Services”) on an as-needed basis. The City desires to pre-qualify legal service providers for a five-year period, from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2030. All Firms that demonstrate, in their SOQ and interview (if applicable), the ability to provide services that meet the City's legal needs will be placed on a list of pre-qualified Firms. When legal services are needed, the City will select a Firm from this list. However, the City reserves the right to issue a project-specific RFQ if the complexity, size, or scope of a project warrants such action.
