2025-2028 Professional Consultant & Contracted Services

Region 18 Education Service Center (Region 18 ESC) invites you to submit a response to the 2025-2028 Professional Consultant and Contract Services RFP to become an approved consultant/contract services vendor for Region 18 ESC. The Region 18 Professional Consultant and Contract Services 2022-2025 RFP will create a pool of consultants for the ESC and member districts to choose from when needing to contract with a professional consultant or contractor for services.  Professional Consultants are individuals or firms who specialize and are experts in particular areas of knowledge, demonstrating possession of professional license or certification. This includes but not limited to Educational Consulting, Keynote Speakers, Technology Consulting, Child Nutrition Consulting, etc. Contract Services are a provider/contractor who will furnish specific services based on licenses or certifications, this may include building maintenance, safety and temporary labor services.     This is a continuous solicitation. Vendors may submit a proposal from the opening date until August 31, 2028. Submissions will be evaluated continuously throughout the term   Faxed or Emailed submissions WILL NOT be accepted.   Submissions will only be accepted electronically through the Region 18 eBid website (esc18.ionwave.net)   Any proposal NOT received on time will not be accepted.
