Request for Applications (RFA) for Affordable Housing Developments

The San Antonio Housing Trust (SAHT) issues this RFA seeking applications from qualified developers for the creation and preservation of affordable rental housing using tax-exempt Private Activity Bonds (PABs) and 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). The goal is to increase the supply of high-quality, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households in the City of San Antonio, Texas. Please note this RFA is not for Public Facility transactions that do not include LIHTCs.
