The State of Rhode Island seeks qualified Vendors to provide Owner’s Representative services on an “as needed” basis for one or more Capital Projects Architectural/Engineering and/or construction projects. In addition, the State representing Rhode Island Department of Education is seeking Owner’s Project Manager services for School Construction Projects at Rhode Island’s Public Schools. Q&A period is only open for the initial award phase of the contract. Bid submissions must be received by September 30, 2026, to be awarded for the initial new contract.
