Right-of-Way Acquisition & Relocation Services (Continuous, 2025-2030)

The City of Temple, Texas (“City”) desires to pre-qualify firms to provide right-of-way (ROW) acquisition and relocation services (“Services”) on an as-needed basis for a period of five (5) years, July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2030. All firms that demonstrate in their statement of qualifications and interview, if applicable, an ability to provide services meeting the City's requirements will be placed on a list of pre-qualified firms. When it is necessary to engage the services of a ROW professional, the City will select a firm from the pre-qualified list. The City may, however, solicit services through a project-specific request for qualifications (RFQ) when the complexity, size, or scope of a project warrants a project-specific RFQ. The City does not guarantee a pre-qualified firm will be engaged for any project.
