Printing Services

Mesquite Independent School District is seeking to establish a list of non-exclusive, on-call vendors to provide Printing Services as needed.   This solicitation will result in awards to multiple vendors on a rolling basis during the open solicitation period. Vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals as early as possible. As proposals are received, they will be reviewed and either accepted or declined. Awards will be made continuously throughout the open period, and vendors will be notified of the District’s decision upon acceptance.  Anticipated expenditure to be approximately $200,000.00 annually.   The initial contract term will begin on the date of award and continue through May 14, 2026. The District reserves the right to renew the contract annually for up to four additional years, with the final extension ending no later than May 14, 2030.
