Residential and Retail Energy Storage Market Acceleration Incentives Programs

Description of goods to services to be bid: The Residential Energy Storage Incentive Program and the Retail Energy Storage Incentive Program are incentive-based programs that award Participating Contractors for eligible energy storage systems. The Programs are designed to accelerate the energy storage market in New York State to reach 6 gigawatts of energy storage capacity statewide. The Residential Program offers incentives to smaller energy storage systems, while the Retail Program offers incentives to larger energy storage systems, up to 5 megawatts in capacity. If changes are made to this solicitation notification will be posted on NYSERDA’s website at:www.nyserda.ny.gov/funding-opportunities Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences: Eligibility and requirements can be found in the NYSERDA Residential and Retail Energy Storage Market Acceleration Incentives Program Manual. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Due date:12/31/2030 3:00 PM December 31, 2030, by 3:00 PM Eastern Time, or until funds are fully committed, whichever is earlier Contract term: 1 year for Residential Program; 2 years for Retail Program. Contract terms may be extended if an extension is requested.
