The County of Santa Clara (County) Health System Behavioral Health Services Department (BHSD) is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified and experienced firms (Offerors), to provide a variety of services which support the Children, Youth, and Family (CYF) System of Care services. Programs are organized via the following categories and scopes:    Category 1 - Crisis Scope 1a: Mobile Response and Stabilization Services Scope 1b: Post Crisis Stabilization Services   Category 2 - Full Service Partnership Scope 2: Youth Full Service Partnership Continuum Scope 3: Transitional Age Youth Full Service Partnership Continuum   Category 3 - Outpatient Services Scope 4: School-Based Outpatient Scope 5: Early Psychosis Intervention - Raising Early Awareness and Creating Hope Scope 6: Outpatient Continuum Scope 7: Specialty Outpatient Continuum Scope 8: Early Childhood Mental Health Outpatient Continuum Scope 9: Transitional Age Youth Outpatient Continuum Scope 10: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) Outpatient Continuum  Scope 11: Cross-Systems Child and Youth Outpatient Continuum   Category 4 - Prevention and Early Intervention Scope 12: School-Based Early Intervention  Scope 13: Community Youth Wellness Center - Peer Support and Engagement Program   Category 5 - Behavioral Health Placement Support Services Scope 14: Therapeutic Behavioral Services Scope 15: Therapeutic Behavioral Services for Youth with Intellectual Disabilities or Developmental Delay   Category 6 - Residential Scope 16: Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program Scope 17:  Youth Crisis Residential Category 7 - Substance Use Residential Treatment Services Scope 18: Youth Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services Program Scope 19: Youth Residential Substance Use Treatment Services Program
