MPA 368 Arbitration and Mediation Services

The Department of Administration, Division of Purchases is seeking to establish a list of qualified arbitrators/mediators to provide labor management services to State agencies in accordance with the terms of this solicitation and State’s General conditions of Purchase. Arbitration and Mediation Services are an alternative to traditional litigation for resolving disputes. These services are forms of alternative dispute resolution in which parties work out disputes outside of the court. Proposals received by 10/28/2024 by 2:00 PM EST will be evaluated for award of the initial contract.
