MPA 527 Open Enrollment. The Rhode Island Department of Administration (“Department”)/Division of Purchases (“Division”) is soliciting proposals from qualified training providers who have the capacity to develop and/or deliver both web-based (e-learning) and classroom (face-to-face) training workshops and materials for an adult learning environment. This training will be designed to support and enhance the skills and knowledge of the State’s workforce and the development of its employees. Proposals received by 09/19/2024 by 10:00 AM EST will be evaluated for award of the initial contract.
