Carroll Independent School District ("CISD" or "District") is requesting proposals for SPECIALTY ITEMS, PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS & CUSTOM APPAREL.   Carroll ISD must adhere to State Purchasing Laws and competitively procure for purchases of goods and services. One method to seek bids and proposals for goods and services is to issue a "Catalog" RFP in order to establish an approved list of vendors from which District employees can purchase from on an as needed basis. This is a Multi-Award RFP for SPECIALTY ITEMS, PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS & CUSTOM APPAREL; meaning we will award to more than one vendor. It is the intent of CISD to provide a broad base of vendors to select products and services to meet the needs of the District. Therefore, if you would like to do business with CISD you MUST complete a response to this request. Discount prices will include all shipping and handling charges, F.O.B. Destination, unless otherwise noted or unless other terms have been negotiated.   If you do not respond to this request, CISD may not be able to do business with your company.   The contract term for this request is for the 2024-2025 school year; with three (3) additional one (1) year extensions to include 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 at the mutual agreement between the District and the vendor(s).     RFP SCHEDULED TIMELINE (We will make every effort to adhere to the following schedule)   First Advertisement (Release of RFP) Monday July 1, 2024 @ 8:00 AM Second Advertisement Monday July 8, 2024 @ 8:00 AM Last Date for Questions - Must be submitted on CISD Ionwave website Thursday June 26, 2025 @ 2:00 PM Date all Questions will be answered within CISD Ionwave website Thursday June 26, 2025 @ 4:00 PM
