On Call Program - Professional Services

Portland State University (“PSU”) is seeking Qualifications submissions (“Qualifications”) from qualified architects, engineers, and consultants (“Consultant”) to enter into an On Call Agreement to provide professional services to PSU. Each successful Consultant must be qualified to perform at least one of the types of services sought (“Service Categories”) as listed in Appendix 4.5, Qualifications Submission Form (collectively, “Work”). Successful Consultant may enter into an On Call Agreement (“On Call Agreement”) effective on the date the On Call Agreement is signed by both parties. Consultants who have an active On Call Agreement may be directly awarded Work or may be eligible to propose on Work according to the criteria set forth under Section 1.2.1 Contracting Methods. Some contracting opportunities for Work may only be available to Consultants under an On Call Agreement. While Consultants may be awarded multiple Work Authorizations or Task Orders during the Term of the Agreement, they are not guaranteed Work. It is possible that no Work Authorization or Task Order is issued during the Term of the On Call Agreement.
