MPA 461 professional Land Surveying, On Call

The State of Rhode Island, Division of Purchases is seeking a qualified list of professional land surveying firms to establish a Master Price Agreement, Open Enrollment to provide Registered Land Surveyor Services for facilitate capital development projects and land planning needs. The work to be done is detailed in the Objectives to follow and shall conform to the relevant requirements of the “Procedural and Technical Standards for the Practice of Land Surveying in the State of Rhode Island. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis for specific projects as they arise. The vendor must have the capacity to start immediately and complete assigned tasks on a timely basis. ***This is an Open enrollment solicitation and therefore the solicitation will be open for two of the three years of the contract period. The initial review and award will be done after the first 28 days from the date the solicitation goes live and then reviewed every six months thereafter.
